Dr. Ahmed G. Radwan obtained his B.S. in Electronics and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering Mathematics from Cairo University in 1997, 2002, and 2006, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor and Center Director at Cairo University’s Faculty of Engineering. He is also with the Nanoelectronics Integrated Systems Center (NISC) at Nile University, Egypt. He previously worked with McMaster University in Canada (2008-2009), and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia (2009–2012). His research interests include chaotic systems, fractional-order and memristor-based systems. He has more published more than 100 papers and has an H-index of 15. Dr. Radwan also has six international patents and was the recipient of the 2012 Egyptian State Encouragement Prize in Engineering Sciences.
